Become a Joy in a Seniors Life! Compassionate People Wanted!

We are hiring Certified Nurse Aides, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, and Companions.

Home care is one of the fastest growing industries. Most seniors want to “age in place”; they want to remain in their homes until the end of life. Home care is a very rewarding job with many opportunities, as well as excellent job security.

Have you been working in a retail store, or restaurant but are not finding enough hours to work or not feeling fulfilled in your job, it may be time to consider a career in caregiving?  Caring for seniors in their homes is in great demand, and NOW may the time to consider trying a new career.

A career in caregiving is for professional caregivers (C.N.A’s, PCA’s, HHA) students, retired professionals, stay at home parents, and those who love to help seniors.

ODHC has been chosen by Home Care Pulse for the past two years as “Employer of Choice.”  Home Care Pulse conducts quality assurance phone surveys monthly to our clients and caregivers. 10% of our clients and caregivers are called monthly.  We have scored in the top 10% of agencies in the “Employer of Choice” for the past two years. We value your feedback!

Our caregivers are our employees, we do not hire independent contractors.  Our caregivers are carefully vetted prior to starting with our clients.  We have a rigorous screening process, as well as a thorough on-boarding process.  Our goal is to hire the best, and then to retain the best with ODHC.

We are hiring Certified Nurse Aides, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides, and Companions.
Paid training for new caregivers will be provided if needed.
